NetnoCon did not disappoint! It has been my favorite conference so far. I got to meet people from diverse fields, both from academia and industry, and was truly exposed to how the methodology is used outside my area of research. The diversity of profiles was fantastic; I learned from established scholars and professionals and witnessed how students and new scholars are contributing to the evolution of Netnography. Last but not least, the atmosphere was very friendly and collegial, which made networking so much easier.
